When you use the general contact form, Clemons Tax Services may receive information such as your name, email address, phone number, selected inquiry topic, and the message you choose to send.

Do not submit sensitive tax information through the general contact form. Please do not send Social Security numbers, tax documents, W-2s, bank information, account numbers, or other confidential tax records through this website form or ordinary email. Use the secure Client Portal when it becomes available.

How information is used

Information submitted through the contact form is used to respond to your inquiry, provide information about services, and assist with appointment or Client Portal questions.

Client Portal

The Client Portal will be provided through the tax software selected by Clemons Tax Services. Portal access and its privacy/security terms may be governed by that software provider in addition to Clemons Tax Services procedures.

Appointments

Appointment scheduling is handled through Square. Information submitted to Square is also subject to Square's applicable privacy practices and terms.

Private office address

The in-person office is a private home office. The street address is not displayed publicly on this website and is provided only with confirmed in-person appointment details.
